RPC Bushenyi, Silver Mugisha and Wife Frustrate The Witch Craft Case G. E. F 69/25 They Had Put On Madam Enid Tugume

A few weeks ago to be precise on 13th. Nov. 2025, a certain candidate claimed that she was being bewitched to frustrate her politically. She even went ahead and reported a case number G. E. F 69/25 at Bushenyi Central Police Station.

 

One suspect was arrested and two others summoned to police for interrogation.

 

A few days ago, the complainant bailed out the suspect that was in police custody and hid him in one of his Kampala homes.

 

She and the husband goes around deceiving the public that this matter was resolved amicably.

 

 

That's not true, the matter is still on and it's actually the complainant trying to frustrate the whole process.

 

It should be remembered that when one Enid Tugume was summoned, the complainant hadn't made a statement, the RPC was ordered to summone her so that she can make a statement. This means that Enid was summoned on an empty file without any statement. It's alleged that the RPC Bushenyi being a paver contractor at the complainant's hotel that she built in a wetland in ruhandagazi cell has always been used to do unlawful activities at Bushenyi Central police station.

 

 

For example, on the day Enid Tugume was summoned, the RPC Bushenyi harrased those that had followed Enid up and ended pepper spraying and tear gassing them using his blue eyed boys Azoora and Kintu.

 

 

The same RPC doesn't want the file sanctioned so that this matter can be put in courts of law, he actually hid the file because he is chocking of peanuts the complainant and the husband gave him.

 

 

This is to therefore inform the public that the case

 *G. E. F 69/25* which Katusiime Annett Mugisha and The husband Eng Dr Silver Mugisha through Natweta Godwin accused Enid Tugume of BEWITCHING ANNET'S POLITICAL CAREER is still on and hasn't been resolved as Silver goes around telling people.

 

It's actually him that paid Bushenyi RPC to sit on that file so that it doesn't get sanctioned and the courts of law take it up.

 

 

Silver should stop trading lies but rather apologize for the mess he created.It's actually him, the wife that were in possession of the alleged Witch Craft materials, they know who, where, when and how these stuff they presented to police were put together, no wonder, they are now hiding they boy whom they had staged as the Prime suspect in this whole drama. 

 

 

He should come out and clean Enid's name because it's not only Annet and Silver that have names to protect.

 

 

They should accept to die in their own movie and apologise to Enid for spoiling her name in their political gymnastics.

 

Enid Tugume has never sat anywhere with the complainants to have this matter resolved, she actually wish to have this matter proceed to court so that it can the one to give judgement.

 

It should be remembered that Katusiime annet Mugisha and the husband Eng Dr Silver Mugisha through Natweta Godwin opened a case against Enid Tugume in which they accuse her of being in possession of witch craft materials and threatening violence c/s 77(a)of Pca Cap 128 but later chose to pay the Rpc Bushenyi to hide the file and release the suspect Natweta Godwin who was in police custody.
