SUDHIR'S PARADISE HOTEL IN LAKE VICTORIA IS JAW DROPPING

Every govenment should have an Elon Musk figure to overhaul the economy through innovation, risk taking and creativity like Elon Musk of the United States of America.

 

Dr Sudhir Ruparelia is one person who carries the significance of Elon Musk in Uganda.As Elon Musk is already a crucial partner for the US air space force, Dr Sudhir is also our crucial figure in not only shaping the hospitality sector but also changing the skyline of Kampala with state of art buildings like RR Pearl Tower that meets international requirements.

 

Dr Sudhir is the same person who constructed the biggest conference centre,Speke Resort Convention centre that explains serendipity and comfort to our guests which elevates our capacity to host more international conferences something that boosts our tourism sector.

 

Besides starting one of the leading flower export company,Rosbud that positions us in the region as pertakers of a mult million labor intensive sector that few Kwagalana group traders would dare.

 

This time around, he has spread the tantacles to navigate the world's second largest freshwater lake,lake Victoria by quitely constructing on one of the islands of the lake, anew baby on the block, Paradise hotel, which is set to be officially launched very soon.

 

Paradise Hotel is not just ordinary, it is a 24 acre eco retreat with 38 units including cottages and executive villas with panoramic lake views, not forgetting the sand beaches and lush, bird-rich sorroundings. This has developed our regional shared resource into great importance.

 

In summary,we need to support and create more Sudhirs of this country through hiring public servants with private sector mindset. This helps our potential entrepreneurs to over come bureaucratic tendencies since most of the govenment servants are risk averse. This helps to imrprove efficiency and Job creation.
