#Rwandan innovator Amen Divine Ikamba has been selected among 22 founders for the inaugural 2026 cohort of the AI Ventures Accelerator (AIVA).
Ikamba's fintech startup, PACIN, is set to showcase its technology at Demo Day in Delhi, India, scheduled for October 4-7.
The event will bring together founders from across the accelerator’s six-month programme to present the ventures they have developed.
PACIN is an API that converts mobile money and alternative financial data into explainable AI credit scores, helping lenders assess borrowers who lack traditional credit histories.
The platform analyses financial behaviour such as savings patterns, repayment history and transaction consistency to support credit decisions.
PACIN was also selected for the Black Is Tech Pitch Competition in Houston, accepted into the NVIDIA Inception Program, and named among 25 startups set to pitch at the Africa Fintech Summit in Kigali in November.
Ikamba said the idea was inspired by watching her mother, a loan officer, work with small business owners who struggled to access additional financing because they lacked formal financial records.
